Service Assistant (intern) (M/D/F):

DEPARTMENT:
ServiceThe Service Back Office Assistant will support the Service Back Dept in all ordinary activities of the department.


YOUR TASKS:


  • Purchase management by issuing requisition notes and follow up for purchase orders processing
  • Management and archiving of paper documents (ex. contracts with customers)
  • Database and digital documentation update
  • Orders to suppliers for the clothing and DPI for the technical personnel
  • Administrative support in the company fleet management
  • Data entry in company software
  • Travel arrangement for Back Office staff and Local Operation Managers
  • Various admin activity to support Service Dept

YOUR PROFILE:


  • High School Diploma
  • Good English skills (at least Level B2)
  • Good Computer skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge is appreciated
  • Teamworking
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Proactive attitude
