Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme:

L'unità di Quality System & Compliance training si occupa della supervisione e gestione di processi qualitativi come change control, documentazione, azioni correttive e addestramento.

Inoltre gestisce la qualifica dei fornitori di materiali e di servizi.

La necessità della richiesta di una persona in stage deriva dal bisogno di aggiornare il sistema di estrazione delle KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) dei processi suddetti e di semplificare i processi di governance.

Inoltre uno dei processi relativi all'area di gestione documentale, deve essere rivisto e semplificato.


La persona imparerà l'utilizzo delle KPIs di processo, la mappatura di un processo con l'identificazione di sprechi per la semplificazione di processi di governance.

Requisiti di Base:


  • Laurea in Materie Chimico-Farmaceutiche o Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (lettura e scrittura).

  • Apprezzata la conoscenza di approcci lean sigma / six sigma o di analoghi sistemi di diminuzione degli sprechi e miglioramento continuo.

Requisiti preferibili:


  • Motivazione
  • Disponibilità al trasferimento sul Parma
  • Capacità di lavorare in team.
