Digitalization is transforming sales and marketing activities in b2b world: e-commerce platforms, omnichannel approaches, lead management and marketing automation, chatbots, artificial intelligence, and much more


Today it's critical to implement omnichannel strategies and campaigns that are activating the right marketing and sales channel, with the right message, at the right touchpoints - even on a continuous communication stream.


Managing this complexity and benefiting from innovation in digital sales & marketing requires a deep understanding of customer's needs, marketing and communication strategies and approaches, while at the same time a strong commercial attitude.

Roles and key tasks

  • Coordination of marketing activities related to digital channels: website, blog, social media, etc.
  • Definition and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, with related content development activities
  • Coordination of lead management activities to generate new business opportunities, in close collaboration with sales
  • Implementation of innovation projects around digital marketing and sales activities

What is Junior Managers Program (JMP)?
The Junior Managers Program (JMP) is a global Bosch entry-level management program (Trainee Program).

With the JMP, we offer a program that attracts outstanding young talent and should enable them to unfold their leadership potential in the best possible way.

The overall duration of the Junior Managers Program is 18-24 months with 4-6 rotations, including:

  • Rotation abroad
  • Crossdivisional / Crossfunctional rotation
  • Headquarter / Corporate department


All rotations in total (defined and agreed between HR, the Mentor and the JMP itself) will provide a full range of tasks and responsibilities that are key for potential marketing management roles within Bosch Rexroth in future.


The JMP participant takes on the responsibility for challenging tasks, such as own / special projects with high strategic importance for the organization.


Qualifications:


What distinguishes you?

Education:
Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management

Languages:
fluent in Italian and English; German will be considered as a plus

Work style:
team player, analytical approach, result orientation, business acumen and pragmatism.

Other:
curiosity and interest in industrial and technological issues, desire to learn and grow continuously
