Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced trainer to join our team. Your primary responsibility is to develop and deliver effective training programs to our Italian sales team.

Roles and responsibilities

You conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in sales skills and knowledge within the team.
You develop training programs to address the identified needs, including training materials, presentations, and activities.
You will take care of the personal and professional development of your trainees, creating a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and success.
You deliver engaging and effective sales training to individuals and groups of sales representatives through inperson or virtual training sessions.
You collaborate with sales managers to ensure that training is aligned with the company's sales goals and strategies.
You stay uptodate with the latest sales techniques, tools, and technologies to incorporate them into the training programs.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver effective (sales) training programs.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Proficiency in using training tools and technologies, such as learning management systems and virtual training platforms.
Ability to assess performance metrics and identify areas of improvement.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Italian (English fluent is a plus).
Flexibility to travel to Berlin during the first 3 months of employment.

We offer a competitive salary, up to €50k a year + additional bonus and advancement opportunities within our growing company.
