JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

End to end responsibility for Application Maintenance for all Property and Casualty Lines of Business in Italy (Motor, Property, Health and MidCorporate).

Effective management for a successful and timely implementation of new products, product enhancements and new functionalities into portfolio management

Consequently, functional & technical lead of project teams in order to achieve relevant objectives and management of run wit The position's current and future main focus is to deploy all business requirements, enhancing them over time, while staying close to the global IT solution and ensuring adherence to global business models.

She/He will drive large transformation projects, leading multi-cultural / global teams leading to concrete profit/business benefits.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Continuously monitor and ensure compliance with all KPIs and SLAs in the customer contract
• Develop and manage a strong communication strategy on all levels to ensure cohesive stakeholder engagement
• Build, lead & mentor his/her team in order to successfully face new challenges and promote an environment that encourages them to continuously excel & improve themselves.
• Handle crucial interfaces with both the Customer and the Group, in order to develop an efficient operations channel regarding present and future interactions

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Mastering Project

- and Program Management methods and techniques, process development and continuous improvement

• Operational business and/or consultancy experience (>10 years)
• Proficient with Agile practices including continuous delivery/deployment
• Strong team leading approach with high assertiveness and the ability to work in an international context
• Proven leadership experience, multiple years of experience managing teams across multiple sites preferred.
• Ability to work and collaborate in a cross cultural and cross functional environment
• Ability to negotiate, consult and influence decisions of key stakeholders, internal clients, and external vendors.
• High attitude to learn and develop
• Insurance business experience would be an advantage
• International work experience would be appreciated
• Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken
