Supplier Logistics Material Planning & Control Operator

Prepare weekly schedules for production and ensure the continuity of supplies to Clients and the best possible customer service and has basic target is to ensure the smooth running of production processes all over the network of the corporation.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Plan production: work with production department in order to understand constrains and capabilities to achieve optimal planning by increasing output while reducing costs.
Master data: Maintain, monitor and revise system planning data in order to ensure system effectively planning future material requirements for raw materials.
Control the implementation of production plans every day and amend them as appropriate.
Look for alternative solutions for production in case of delay and other atypical events.
Procurement: demand analysis vs coverage on hand, work on company system to prepare and send PO to suppliers, expediting
Internal procurement vs plants: dialogue and interface with plants focal people, to grant production continuity
Material sharing: act at central level to make decision of material assignment, considering global coverage of stock
Coordinate and ensure timely implementation of products' modifications.
Prepare reports concerning the production plans.
Comply with the norms, rules and procedures within the company.
Keep professional secrecy and confidentiality in line with the submitted statement.

Experience required
Bachelor Degree in Education: Economics / Logistics / Operations.
At least 3year professional experience, including at least 12 years in the Logistics Department.
Minimum five years of relevant experience in procurement
