    Internship:

    Technical Support in Healthcare Job Description As a Technical Support Intern, you will embark on a dynamic learning journey with Philips IT Health Imaging products, contributing to international project delivery for the EMEA region.

    Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements.


    Your responsibilities:


    Collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions.

    Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations.

    Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving),Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery.

    Classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety.
    Customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    Basic technical knowledge in software/hardware solutions, including Windows OS, servers, storage, and troubleshooting.
    Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
    Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
    Knowledge of networking, monitoring tools, databases, virtualization, and scripting languages would be a plus.
    Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
    This 6-month , extracurricular internship in Genoa, Italy, offers hands-on experience in Technical Support and Radiology Informatics.
