Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of Italian wine list
  • Knowledge of _Leading Quality Assurance _standards is considered a plus
  • Knowledge of Italian, fluency in English
  • Knowledge of the F&B software (Micros)
  • Love for the city of Florence
It also requires passion, energy, attitude to smile, perseverance, desire to grow professionally and sense of elegance.
