Job Description Summary:

GE Additive is seeking a driven and talented individual to serve as a Field Service Technician supporting customer requirements to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property on our metallic additive systems.

These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive, corrective, retrofits...), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

Essential Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance and service of our 3D metal printing systems (Laser and EBM Machines)
Documentation of service requirements according to specifications, manage and administrate assigned customer cases using the service CRM
Emergency visits and preventive maintenance
Subject to direct operations systems checking and executes within a welldefined operations framework
Feedback quality deviations from machine installations and operations
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customercentric solution and satisfaction
Accountable for the quality of own work
Act as resource for the entire Services team and be prepared to support all other roles in the team when necessary

Qualifications/Requirements

This role requires basic experience in the Services & Field Services.
Technical High School Diploma
Adapting approach demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
Goog knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Italian fluent
Basic knowledge of Additive Technologies
Travel extensively during the weeks
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required.
