We are looking for a _Learning & Development Specialist_ who will support all the Learning & Development projects and processes at Corporate level, reporting to the Group L&D Manager.

Responsibilities

Primary support & interface for the talent management process (reporting, system training, management reviews including Succession Planning and related action plans);
Content development for HR Training topics (Performance, Feedback, People management ) and training management for Maccaferri Italy;
Support in designing and setting the new Company Technical Academy (training paths and courses);
Assure a structured and standardized onboarding and induction activities across all the Group;
Stay updated in innovation in training & development topics and blended learning methods.
12 years of experience in HR departments in structured companies, with a focus on Training and/or Development activities

- true interest in HR activities, strong people oriented mindset
- positive and proactive team player who enjoys working in a global, multicultural environment
- good Written and spoken English: English is a must for daily activities
- proficient computer skills (familiar with Microsoft Office) and good functional knowledge of Learning Management System (LMS) platforms

Master Degree in HR/Psychology/Social Science

- experience and passion about e-learning context and digital training solutions

Have good verbal and written communication skills, organization skills and an analytical approach;
