Our Client is an important global player operating in the manufacturing and distribution of mechanical fixing/anchoring systems specific for the industrial electrical sector.

The position reports directly to the Sales Director of the Industry Business Unit.

The Export Sales Specialist A will be responsible for:

· Creating and executing Action Plans to develop existing accounts or to break into new ones.

· Meeting sales financial objectives, analyzing variances and leading corrective actions.

· Accurately forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly orders and revenue streams.

· Being accountable for participation to tenders and negotiations, preparing the relevant documentation coordinating the effort in a matrix
organization.

· Developing relations at C-level and executive levels and participating into key meetings with customers or partners to create, maintain and
develop a strong relationship with the customers.

· Being a key implementer of the company strategy.

· Supporting main customers in tender management, new product requests, claims & notification for improvements.

· Bachelor's and/or master's in Economics or related fields.

· 3+ years of experience in the Sales Management or Account Management areas.

· Negotiation skills with the ability to establish relationships of trust with the key customers.

· Self-organized and takes initiative/proactive.

· Knows how to communicate at all levels (internally and with customers).

· Ability to work in an international environment.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and result oriented approach.

· Great entrepreneurial mindset and accountability.

· Excellent communication & leadership skills, willingness to share information engaging all the colleagues.

· Open mind and continuous improvement mindset.

· Fluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of French is considered as a important plus.

Package Salary: Euros

Smart working: 50%
