The
_Customer Service Specialist_ for Mammotome is responsible for providing our
Italian customers with the best possible service in all types of interactions.

You will be a part of the EMEA Customer Service organization and report to the Director EMEA Finance and Customer Operations.

This position is based in
Rome and will be
hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 home based).


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to provide them with the best possible service
  • Receive requests for quotes, process purchase orders and service requests directly from customers
  • Coordinate timely delivery to meet customer needs and minimize the number of outstanding orders at the end of the month
  • Work daily in close liaison with the Business Units in order to monitor purchase orders, obtain delivery information for planned shipments, etc.
  • Manage the necessary information in SAP

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • University's degree or High School Diploma
  • Based on the education, 2 or 5 years of work experience in a customer service environment
  • Excellent Italian in written and spoken, very good English
  • Accuracy in the management of the tasks, sense of urgency and flexibility

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Working with SAP/SFDC system
