- The incumbent is responsible for the promotion of Abbott CRM Product lines through professional and technical support to both medical and sales personnel.
- This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
- This position's primary function is to attend implants, followups and support any issues related to high voltage and low voltage stimulation devices.
- Provide technical support and assistance over the whole national territory to the sales force and physicians (implants and follow ups)
- Perform product presentations and training on products utilization to customers
- Support physicians during the enrolment and follow up phase of clinical studies
- Provide support to Regional Sales Managers, FTE Coordinator and Clinical Department for any additional tasks and projects
- Be proactive in taking Abbott solutionoriented approach to customers
- Promptly communicate feedback / info on supported implants / procedures
- Perform booth duty when required
- Ensure all Abbott standing Quality Procedures are followed
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Good Knowledge of English and Italian, both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Preferable 1 / 2 years in similar activities (technical support)
