Job Description: The Westin Palace in Milan is seeking a passionate and motivated pastry trainee to join our esteemed kitchen brigade. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to enhance their educational background and acquire advanced technical and professional skills in the field of pastry arts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of desserts, cakes, and other pastry products.
• Work with chocolate
• Adhere to the instructions of the head pastry chef and the kitchen team.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn and apply sophisticated presentation techniques for desserts.

Required Skills:

• Passion for pastry and gastronomy.
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
• Availability to work shifts and weekends.

Training Program: The trainee will be paired with a mentor who will guide them through the learning process, progressively enabling them to perform daily tasks independently.
