Introduction

Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the sales team to build quotations of industrial systems out of user requirements- Support the sales team in converting prospect clients by acting as first point of contact for technical questions and advise. Collaborate closely with the engineering teams to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex customer inquiries and issues, working closely with the team to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely and effective manner.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivering exceptional customer service and support.- Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members to foster professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, biotechnology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in team leadership, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a highperforming team.
Project Management experience is a plus
High level of structured and diligent work organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build rapport with customers.
Demonstrated problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and resolving technical issues.
Solid knowledge of applicable regulatory and quality Standards (CE/ UL/ GMP, FDA,) preferred
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed for field service and support activities.
Fluent in English and Italian
