Job summary
Arrow is now seeking a Legal Counsel EMEA to join its legal team based at its office in the greater Frankfurt area (Neu-Isenburg) or Milan.Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of commercial and corporate transactions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to all employees, providing guidance on a wide range of legal matters, including employment law, labor disputes, and business contracts.
- Draft review and negotiate various types of business contracts documents with a keen attention to detail and thorough understanding of legal implications.
