We are looking for a Hardware Development Engineer for the technical team of a multinational company.

Client Details Our customer is a multinational company leader in design and production of designing, engineering and manufacturing product solutions for the appliances market.

Description The hardware engineer will have the following responsibilities:

Degree Electronic Engineering or technical diploma.

3 years of HW design experience in one or more of the following areas:

industrial controls, home appliances electronic controls, heating controls, automotive controls. Experienced in the design of embedded analog/digital modules, sub-systems,and systems using embedded microprocessors(8/32 bit). Experienced in power supply specifically in AC/DC isolated and not isolated. Experienced in SCH design entry and PCB layout design for digital and HV board. Experienced in PSPICE electrical simulation. Experienced in electronic component selection for design sustainability for home appliances electronic controls. Excellent diagnostic, debug, and troubleshooting skills using standard lab/bench equipment.

Experienced in product development with knowledge of Design for Test, Design for Manufacturability, environmental, EMI/EMC and qualification testing for new products.

Experienced in formal development process (design documentation, V&V following Company guidelines). Experienced with technical leading and/or managing development projects. Good verbal and written communication skills (Italian and English), which includes ability in writing technical documents. Self-starter, team player, multi-tasking with good time management skills and the ability to function across organizational boundaries.

The following will be considered a plus:
Experienced in design reliability, DFMEA is a strong plus. Experienced with industry standards (IEC 60335, IEC 60730, etc.). Experienced in Home Appliance products. Experiences with PADS Schematic entry and PCB design tool set. Job Offer Great career opportunity in a dynamic and multinational context.
