- Deploying and leading Continuous Improvement service offerings, owning CI programs for customers with a focus on achieving cost and cash savings in supply chains;
- Leveraging customer insights to develop business cases, providing regular status updates to Business Managers/Customers, ensuring achievement of savings targets;
- IDentifying customer supply chain inefficiencies, driving business cases; monitoring optimization project status, escalating slow progress when necessary while maintaining priorities alignment with Business Managers;
