Superdecision is an AI-native product execution platform that transforms decisions into deployable, scalable solutions. We are solving one of the most critical structural failures in the digital product lifecycle by building a unified Decision-to-Execution System.
The Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us build and scale the core Superdecision platform.
70% backend services, 30% React frontend, 70% integration development.
As our first engineering hire, you will work across the entire stack — shipping features, building integrations, and contributing directly to architectural decisions alongside the CEO and the CTO.
High ownership, direct impact, zero bureaucracy.
Responsabilities
- Develop new features across frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend )
- Build webhook handlers for real-time data synchronization integrations: Figma, Stripe, Jira, Claude, Notion API
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and migrations
- Contribute to AWS infrastructure management and CI/CD deployment pipelines
- Write automated unit and integration tests
- Debug cross-platform integration issues
Requirements — Must Have
- 2-5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and
- Solid backend development with Supabase and REST API design
- PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, migrations
- Experience building and consuming third-party APIs and webhooks
- Solid Git workflow and CI/CD pipeline management
- Clean code practices: testing, documentation, maintainability
- Ownership mindset: end-to-end accountability from code to production
Nice to Have
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
- Strong async communication skills for remote collaboration
- DevOps experience: AWS, infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation
- Experience integrating AI or LLM APIs into production applications
- Familiarity with performance optimization and load testing
- Previous experience in early-stage startups
