Responsabilità

Engineering support:
Onsite support for data center energy including power distribution system/cooling system/monitoring management system projects site survey, installation guide and commissioning when necessarybr>
Responsible for project delivery quality and customer satisfactionr>
Manage the project delivery, troubleshoot and close the technical issues and risk project delivery phaser>
Prepare and follow the site acceptance test report for devices function validation, get preliminary acceptance certificate document when project finishesr>


Maintenance support:
Responsible for site equipment health check service and report annually when necessaryr>
Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that cant be solved by customer or Azienda subcontractor according to SLA, such as software upgrade or Confidenziale, hardware replacement and so onr>

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Supervise the quality of on-site maintenance operation

Training support:
Provide the client data center energy products skill training to customer or partner when necessaryr>

Training scope includes but not limited to:
Equipments installation, operation and maintenance skillr>
Functie-eisen
Good knowledge of the UPS power system working mode and commission work
Good knowledge of data center energy system including power distribution system/cooling system/monitoring management system
Good understanding of data center building requirement or related standard rules
Good understanding of data center electrical schematic diagrams and specifications
Skilled in using AutoCAD software;
Ability to build effective technical relationships with customers, resells and colleagues on remote support
More than 1 year in data center energy industry or equivalent technical service, commissioning service
Bachelor & abover>
Must be fluent to native level in Italy and Englishr>
