- Master's Degree in Engineering; preferably economics, business and administration, management engineering;
- Less than 18 months of professional experience;
- Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus;
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders;
- Innate aptitude for teamwork;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Personal drive and results orientation;
- Availability for domestic and international business trips up to 70% is paramount.
