Your Challenge:


Execute daily outbound calls and follow up on the marketing campaigns within the established Markets: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Italy plus potentially others.

Initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads (task, product, user, decision maker, competitor, budget, schedule, action)

Support in building a lead pipeline in close coordination with sales and the responsible campaign manager


Maintenance of existing customers and creation of new customers in the CRM system (Salesforce) obtaining the key information contacts of the needed customer roles and profiles.

Participate to define creative lead generation strategies with work team members, marketing communications personnel and category representatives. Contribute to the team, including advising as to call strategy, script customization, new segments, effective probing and objection-handling techniques.

Close interface between marketing and sales when planning and implementing international lead generation campaigns such as trade-in campaigns

Daily support of the X-Rite chat and the DACHI hotline for sales inquiries

Qualifications & Experience

Completed commercial training or bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing

Ideally three to five years of relevant experience in industrial lead management or customer service environment.

Ability to call new and prospective customers, experience in call centers is preferred

Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers.

Dynamic personality with drive who is used to working in a self-motivated and goal-oriented manner

Convincing and open personality with sales flair

Very good knowledge of Italian, German and English, spoken and written.

Maintain basic knowledge of X-Rite's product lines and service offerings.

Ability to work both alone and in a team, building the right atmosphere to win together.
