What you'll do:

  • You will join the team of Lottery Experience and in particular in the business Lottery reporting directly to the Lottery Experience Manager;
  • You will have the opportunity to be involved in the process of digital transformation focused on Dealer's digital properties dedicated to our online point of sales (resellers or providers). As Digital PoS Marketing Expert you will be in charge to manage relationship with prospect online resellers who requires to be a new partner, in order to resell NTNG products (managing meeting, contracts details, digital developments according with IT department, communication assets, CRM tickets). You will be also involved in digital projects dedicated to the existing network, managing all phases (from business requirement to go live) and coordinating project team in order to achieve roadmap milestones. Each project will be also supported by communication activities and reporting.

Who you are:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in structured contexts focused on digital transformation, such as consultancy firms, communication agencies and end customers companies;
  • You have a degree in Communication and Marketing or similar;
  • You have excellent knowledge of customer journey and digital techinicalities;
  • You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
  • You are proactive, flexible, innovative, curious, determined, problem solver and goal oriented;
  • You know how to work in a team, lead projects, monitoring performance.

Preferrably, you also have:

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, customer experience, complex omichannel projects;
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, tracking tools.
