Job Description:

Responsible for supporting the buildup and management of the dispatching team which supports the wholesale activities of the Group. Core tasks of the team include nomination activities, asset optimization, capacity booking and position balancing on a 24/7 basis
Ensure a suitable shift schedule is maintained and provide training to new and existing team members
Promote dispatching process improvement through strong collaboration with Gas Logistics team
Reporting to the Head of Gas Logistics, ensure the commercial goals of the Front office teams are successfully met utilizing good judgment and prioritization

Qualifications:

University degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, business or engineering
Relevant experience in the gas trading industry, within a gas dispatching capacity
Clear track record of team management and team training experience
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Detailoriented and ability to work effectively in a team environment that is fastpaced and highly deadlinedriven
Ability to read and comprehend policies, procedures, and instructions effectively
Fluent in English, additional European language skills are advantageous
