  • Works at a strategic level and is responsible for the P&L of the services area.
  • Planning of all resources at your disposal to add value to the client
  • Implements and develops the policy of the entire technical service area

Our company
Sysmex Italia is specializing in health technology, specifically in vitro diagnostics.

Founded in 2008, it focused its efforts on cancer diagnosis, and have evolved and grow to the haematology sector, supporting healthcare professionals and patients around the world with a broad range of medical diagnostic products and solutions in a variety of fields.

Service Manager (f/m/x)

In this role you will:


As a member of the management team, contributes to the development of the organization's vision, strategy and objectives.

  • Identify the most relevant market trends
  • Transform these trends into actions and products in accordance with the global strategy

Plan:


  • Establishes and controls annual budgets, individual and team objectives and the most important forecasts
  • Provides employees with the necessary information regarding services, pricing policy, economic, commercial and organizational aspects.
  • Is up to date on everything related to new markets and the development of reagents, equipment and services
  • Sets prices for TS products and solutions

Budget service objectives:


  • Study the processes and procedures and implement the appropriate measures
  • Measures, corrects and evaluates the results of TS employees
  • Supports other departments in relation to technical aspects

Maintains contact with the main accounts and opinion leaders in services in coordination with the Business Unit Managers ,
**Implements Sysmex policy regarding internal and external quality processes and standards

Manage the TS scope

  • Directs employees and establishes tasks and objectives
  • Ensures that employees have appropriate training, support and assessment (incl. certification)
  • Manages and ensures the quality and progress of work
  • Concerned with achieving optimal customer satisfaction and high employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Leads and is part of work teams
  • Manage service inventories and TS tools
  • Responsible for the cost structure of the TS
  • Sets a wide range of expectations for the TS
  • Must approve the content and benefits of TS contracts
  • Is responsible for the execution of the TS**
    Marketing
  • Supports the Business Unit Manager in the marketing of services
  • Develops the local portfolio of service products in cooperation with the Business Unit Manager and SEG/EMEA
  • Manage customer satisfaction
  • Directs market research and appraisal

Job requirements:


  • University degree or equivalent in engineering or biosciences
  • Computer skills: SAP (Minerva), MS Office, database
  • Languages: fluent English.

General professional experience:


  • Lead technical teams, planning, SOP and P&L management, selfmotivation with the ability to work under stressful situations

Professional experience for the position:


  • 710 years of experience managing technical teams in the IVD industry that includes direct customer contact.
