Pfizer is hiring a Passionate, Talented, Innovative Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS) in Internal Medicine and Anti infective Medical Affairs Department.

The hiring of the MAS Migraine and Anti infective fits the iTALent purpose, providing a rare growth and development opportunity to lead scientific innovation in our Internal Medicine and Antinfective Therapeutic Areas.

Why Patients Need You- The MAS Migraine and Anti infective is an integral member of the Italy Internal Medicine and Anti infective Medical Affairs organization.

The department has the responsibility to maximize the existing in-line portfolio offering the scientific expertise and excellence while positioning Pfizer as Migraine and Anti infective category leader also through an exciting and promising pipeline.- Will join the Internal Medicine and Antinfective Italy Medical Team and will be member of the team for Migraine and Anti infective in Italy.- Will have direct relationships with healthcare professionals and research centers focused on increasing quality of partnerships to share the common final objective: patient's health improvement.

Key Experience Offer of this Role- Leading the conversation to positively influence the external environment on Antimicrobial Resistance and help the patients with migraine and complicated infections- Developing local medical strategy- Transforming our "go to market model": act as critical change agent leveraging on medical and scientific capabilities to lead acceleration of new capabilities, including digital and multi-channel medical.

Primary Responsibilities- Maintaining the highest scientific standards during in/external activities to provide deep medical and scientific expertise.- Establish a strong collaborative scientific relationship with relevant stakeholders in the assigned area (KOLs, medical societies, and other relevant internal/external stakeholders).- Integrate customer medical insights into the country medical and brand strategy, provide medical and scientific strategic support to the regional medical team, medical leadership to the country brand team, country and / or local XFTs, drive implementation of the country medical plan.- Contribute to the implementation of local medical strategies and life cycle clinical plans for Migraine and anti infective medicine.- Provide scientific and medical data to leading health professionals and decision-makers to ensure safe, proper, and effective uses of assigned products, contributing to patients (and populations) health and well-being.- Observe compliance rules, ensuring activities and communications are conducted in compliance with all policies, guidelines, and regulation and ensure the respect of medical independence.

What You Offer- Medicine degree is required- Specialty training or PhD (Neurology or Microbiology strongly preferred), academic experience or clinical experience are required- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company is a plus- Experience in conducting clinical research activities is strongly preferred- Knowledge of clinical development processes- General knowledge in the relevant Therapeutic Area is preferred- Fluent English in addition to local language- Excellent communication and public speaking skills- Adherence to
