    CESI Group has extensive experience in consultancy services on Distribution Systems Planning & Operation, with innovative paradigms like Smart Grids and Internet of Things contributing to Grid Modernization. Our consulting offering includes conventional network studies and innovative technological services, such as SCADA, DMS, ADMS, and EDRMS, aimed at introducing advanced methodologies for distribution network planning and operation.

    We leverage our active participation in standardization committees and international working groups, along with our daily efforts to stay on the leading edges of functionality and technology.

    Advanced Distribution Management & Metering Systems Expert

    You will be part of CESI's team dedicated to Grid Modernization and Innovation, assisting clients, typically DSOs, in advance network modeling and analysis, functional specification, tendering process support, design review, owner's engineering, FAT, and SAT of all equipment involved in Smart Grid and Smart Metering roadmaps.

    After an initial period of integration and training at CESI Headquarters in Milan, you will participate in business activities abroad, including meetings and on-site activities, both in Factory and at Client premises.

    Job Description

    You will contribute to different phases of ADMS projects for CESI clients, starting from an initial assessment and gap analysis of existing Smart Grid and Smart Metering infrastructures, applications, and platforms operated by DSOs.

    Key responsibilities include conceptual design, detailed functional specification, support to tendering process, overall owner's engineering activity, including detailed design review and participation in FAT and SAT.

    You will also be responsible for organizing experts allocated to DMS projects and coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating activities to ensure timely and quality deliveries to clients.

    Requirements

    • Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Information Technology or Telecommunication (with high degree score)
    • Distribution Network Planning and Operation expertise
    • Distribution Management Systems (DMS) knowledge
    • Smart Grids and Smart Metering Standards understanding
    • Information and Operation Technology expertise
    • Automation and Control Systems knowledge
    • Grid and Power Station Control expertise
    • At least 10-15 years of experience
    • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
