Transporeon is an IT company that supports customers' logistics and transportation requirements.

Through their cloud-based transportation management platform, their goal is to link all parties in the transport and logistics supply chain by providing software solutions for end-to-end transport logistics management - a complete service portfolio for shippers, suppliers, retailers, freight receivers and carriers.


Position:


We are currently looking for a Customer Care Specialist to handle the full process of support lifecycle, acting as a first contact point for existing customers, analysing and classifying support requests, providing and documenting support case solutions, managing internal support process flows and keeping customers updated regarding support cases.

The resource must be able to work independently in English, Italian and French.


Main responsibilities:


  • Analyse requests based on customers' documented logistic processes and requirements, complete necessary information for request handling and classify issues based on appropriate service levels.
  • Provide immediate solution for customers regarding platform access issues, software handling problems and invoice checks. Document support cases in helpdesk tickets.
  • Delegate cases where special expertise is required via tickets to responsible teams, monitor and demand requested solutions.
Ensure that internal communication is documented via related helpdesk requests in our main company language:
English.

  • Maintain a transparent and friendly relationship with customers, updating them in their preferred language on support cases, workprogress and solutions. Inform requesting customers proactively about upcoming platform issues, planned system updates or downtimes.

Required Skills:


  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent English and Italian and excellent knowledge of French.
  • A few years of experience in customer care. Junior profiles will also be taken into consideration.
  • Very good communications and problemsolving skills.
  • Fast technological comprehension and knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and interest in growing within an international company.
High level of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability complete the profile.


Employment contract and salary:

Full-time; three shifts over five weekdays (Monday to Friday). Flexible hours.

CCNL COMMERCIO - Permanent contract.

Maximum 33,000€ gross salary per year plus further benefits.


The job interview will be carried out entirely in English and language skills will be tested.
