    WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE:

    As Territory Account Manager you will be involved in selling electrical heat tracing/thermal management products, services & projects to End Users, small/medium size Contractors, and Partners (VAR, Distributors, etc.) within the oil & gas, chemicals, pharmaceutical, power, water, green energy & renewable industries.

    The role has a hybrid model and a traveling time of around 40% is needed. A full clean driver's license is required.

    • Identify projects in the Industrial Solutions market and secure strong specifications and Customer relationships.
    • Promote new innovative solutions to existing and new Clients via frequent direct Customer visits. You will deliver seminars, lunch & learn at Key Customer groups throughout the region on a defined basis.
    • Report competitor activities, consider any hurdles to success, and propose an action plan to overcome.
    • Actively support developing and implementing the growth plan, aligned to thel ocal initiatives.

    YOU HAVE:

    • Electrical or Mechanical Engineer Bachelor or High School diploma (Perito Elettrotecnico) or related experience in an Engineering field.
    • Basic knowledge of electrical heat tracing and low voltage electrical power distribution.
    • Detailed knowledge of one or more fields: refining, petrochemical, chemical processing, power generation, and utilities industries.
    • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Be a standout colleague
    • You are Highly motivated and dedicated individual focused on achieving results
    • Advanced user of Microsoft Office package, as well as previous experience with systems like CRM, Sales Force
    • Language skills Italian native, English good in writing and speaking.
