Responsabilidades
- Misurare e controllare, in staff al proprio responsabile, l’efficienza produttiva dei reparti con lo scopo di migliorarla, riducendo gli scarti e sprechi tramite un’approfondita analisi dei dati;
- Ottimizzare l’impiego delle risorse (in termini di personale, macchine, impianti e relative isole di lavoro) nell’ottica del raggiungimento dei risultati quantitativi e qualitativi richiesti;
