PM and R&D Director

Machinery for chemical industry chiller and heat pumps

About Our Client:

Our client is part of a big multinational company operating in chemistry and, as local engineering unit, is specialized in consulting and designing processes and machinery for chemical industry within industrial heating, cooling, and power systems technology.

Define project objectives and develop a detailed plan in line with client needs;
Ensure adherence to project deadlines and costs and manage resource allocation;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper project integration;
Identify potential risks and develop action plans to mitigate them;
Participate in meetings discussions with clients to define their needs and expectations;
Ensure communication among project members and consistency of information;
Provide updates on progress and encountered issues, ensure quality of results, and propose solutions to arising problems.

The Successful Applicant:

Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and thermomechanics;
At least 10 years of experience in Project Management and/or Research and Development departments with focus on chiller and heat pumps;
Time management, effective communication, problemsolving skills;
Academic and professional background aligned with the company; Excellent command of the English language.
