    Descrizione

    We are looking for a Freelance Grant Consultant / Europrogettista to support the preparation of European funding proposals, particularly under programmes such as Horizon Europe, ERC, and EIC.

    You will collaborate with innovative companies, research organisations, and international consortia to develop high-quality grant applications.

    Responsibilities


    • Support the preparation and writing of EU grant proposals (e.g. Horizon RIA and IA, LIFE, DIGITAL, ERC, MSCA, EIC, Eureka Eurostars, etc.)


    • Contribute to proposal structuring, work packages, and impact sections


    • Coordinate inputs from partners and ensure coherence across the proposal


    • Work directly with clients and international consortia throughout the proposal process

    Requirements


    • 2+ years of experience supporting EU grant applications


    • Ability to work independently with clients and international partners


    • Familiarity with AI tools to support research, writing, and productivity


    • Experience working in fully remote and distributed teams


    • Fluent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a plus

    Domain expertise in at least one of the following areas:


    • Health & Life Sciences


    • AI / Digital Technologies


    • Energy & Climate Tech


    • Industrial Engineering


    • Social Sciences & Public Policy
