Gruppo Martellozzo S.r.l. is looking for an Export Manager.

Key Responsibilities:_

  • Commercial management of key customer account
  • Building relationships with new and existing importers through regular market visits, acute problemsolving with a "cando" attitude.
  • Oversight of entire sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction strong customer service.
  • Setting up (pricing and negotiation) and overseeing deals, liaising with back office.
  • Preparing and monitoring sales and marketing budgets.
  • Working closely with the importers to develop the brand awareness, new products launch, budgets, strategy and marketing initiatives. USA and Canada are two of the company's key markets.
  • Attending and organizing trade fairs, tastings and events during market visits.

Experience and Skills required:_

  • A proven track record within export sales
  • 3 years of sales experience in a competitive environment, preferably wine business.
  • Understanding of how the international market works (e.g. Which business are buying? What products are they buying? Who are they buying from? Who are they selling to?,..)
  • English and a second foreign language, with preference for French or German. Chinese will be a plus.
  • Available for travelling frequently.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • A team player with a proven ability to work well under pressure and to commercial targets, with good knowledge in drawing up and managing budgets
