    Generation Italy è una Fondazione no-profit lanciata nel 2018 da McKinsey & Company. L'obiettivo di Generation è ridurre il fenomeno della disoccupazione giovanile nei Paesi in cui opera, coinvolgendo le aziende, quali potenziali datori di lavoro, nell'identificare le professioni e le competenze di cui hanno maggiormente bisogno e attivando percorsi di formazione mirata sui profili richiesti e totalmente gratuita per gli studenti.

    Di cosa ti occuperai:

     BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT e PLACEMENT FREELANCE

    La risorsa supporterà il team di Business Development di Generation con l'obiettivo di:

    ·       Trovare nuove aziende partner a cui proporre gratuitamente i profili degli studenti, attraverso il network Generation

    ·       Ampliare il network di Generation attraverso le tue relazioni professionali.

    ·       Gestire i rapporti con le aziende già partner e quelle potenziali tramite recall periodici.

    È l'attività ideale se hai un background in ambito Risorse Umane o Sales e cerchi un progetto sinergico alla tua attività di consulenza.

    Il compenso sarà commisurato alla disponibilità oraria della risorsa individuata.

    Aiutaci a costruire ponti tra talento e impresa.
