- Leading the HS function in Italian plants;
- Ensuring site compliance with health and safety laws;
- Ensuring the completion of the reports required by law and their analysis;
- Supporting management in the dissemination of laws and corporate regulations and culture on health and safety;
- Assessing the risks in the workplace for the different tasks and propose the most appropriate protective equipment;
- Identifying and suggest solutions to improve safety systems and accident prevention in order to minimize the risk of injuries and accidents;
- Planning and support the organization of training activities for legal and business correspondence related to Health and Safety;
- Informing/training employees on the risks present in the plants;
- Maintaining relations with external bodies responsible for monitoring site activity in the field of health and safety at work;
- Implementation of standards and SW programs such as ergonomics, SW management systems;
- Supporting audit activities (Law, Corporate, Insurance).
- People management experience;
- Knowledge of international laws and standards on Health and Safety;
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
- Excellent communication and relationship skills;
- Ability to plan and identify solutions;
- A concrete approach to convey the culture of safety;
- Leadership skills and passion for health and safety.
