Main responsibilities

  • Digitalization: TEAM PLANNER to manage the Technical Service Staff in the Jobsite. Plan the Technical assistance and commissioning through the ERP (AS400). Internal Test has to be developed in the TEAM PLANNER.
  • Offer, order, confirmation order and final balance relating HOMS technical staff.
  • Board and lodging charges towards the Customers. (based on the Contract sales). This activity should be digitalized.
  • Technical warranties: manage the work flow through the ERP to fulfill Customer needs also including eventual components for completion the activities on site.
  • Technical staff support to manage the onsite activities: tools and material they need to take on hold during the travel to provide technical services.
  • RDA (request of purchasing) service work flow.
  • Continuous improvement on ERP technical stuff: interface between IT Dpt and Software house concerning Service activities (example HOMS Ticket set up).
  • Digital record of working days/hours into the system in case the Service Staff is not able to manage them by themselves (connections problems)
  • Accounting of labour activities in the system (JPM/GALILEO)
  • External suppliers accounting: working days/hours in the system per each service activities and commissioning.
  • Service company cars management: bookings, reports and eventual repairs and maintenance

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Retribuzione:
€1.200,00 - €1.600,00 al mese
