Chiesi Corporate Functions


These are all the functions based in Parma supporting the business: Global HR, Global ICT, Global Finance, Global Communication and Public Affairs, Shared Values & Sustainability, Corporate Internal Auditing, Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Global Procurement.

Who we are looking for

Purpose

Manage and coordinate the internal communication for CCO function, in collaboration with Head of Internal communication and the various functional areas

Main Responsibilities


Define and implement efficient and effective Global Internal Communication strategies and processes in order to support CCO priorities, collaborating with CCO functions and liaising with the other members of Global Communications & External Relations (GC&ER) internal team to ensure consistency of messages and with the external communication team to integrate messages and mutual communication opportunities.

Ensure deployment of Global narrative and visual identity consistency in CCO

Disseminate a culture of strategic internal communications, helping CCO function in delivering the right messages to the right audiences through the right channels, to ensure that communications plans achieve the impact expected.

Support and enhance visibility of the CCO function top management.
Help coordinate meetings and events and/or internal conferences in co-operation with other dedicated departments and functions.

Give advice and support for internal initiatives on Specific Diseases Days & internal alignment on corporate events (We Act Day, Annual Meeting, Customer Week).

Work cooperatively with other team members (both peers and other GC&ER teams) to ensure a smooth communication flow within the whole GC&ER function; promptly share information which may impact other roles in the own Function and cooperate with others to execute communication plans (ex.

Digital internal channels, Press office, Web & Social).

Feed the annual Communication Master Plan, working with business leaders to prioritize actions/resolve conflicts and cooperate with affiliates communicators to ensure global plans are executed locally, offering professional advice to local colleagues and ensuring their feedback is brought back to Head of function, while managing the editorial planning through internal platforms and channels.

Manage operational communication activities connected to possible crisis involving the functions supported, under the guidance of the Head of Internal Communication, Crisis & Events and in alignment with company guidelines.

Measure the effectiveness of internal communications efforts and making improvements as needed.

Experience Required

At least 3 years experience in communications strategy development and execution.

Experience in dealing with media and digital communications channels preferred.
International experience will be particularly appreciated.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

Languages

Italian, Fluency in English is required; additional language skills a plus
