For our Italian Headquarters in

Milan, Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Italy

IT Project Management team puttingthe hands on the best technology and to get experience on different projects as an active part, collaborating with the Global IT department as well as the Local business functions

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you?We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

You'll be in charge of:
- work closely with all Local Business functions with the aim to collect the project's business requirements
- qualify the related demands from the IT perspective with a focus on both the functional and technical sides
- collaborate with internal stakeholders (Local & Global) and external suppliers, overseeing the quality of the projects assigned along their entire lifecycle, starting from the business requirements collection up to the delivery
- work in collaboration with the IT Operations Team, adopting the DevOps approach with the aim to improve software quality and operating efficiency


You are the right person if you:

- are a student or new graduate in STEM disciplines (eg. Informatics, Engineering) or Business.
- speak English fluently and are eager to work with multicultural teams.
- are a determined person, provided with a growth mindset;
- like to go deep in the processes to extract significant information that can drive the team and make a difference
- like to be put in front of a problem, because you like to solve problems.
- have a proactive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team.

  • Full
    time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you'll be working with).
