MISSION


Design, execute and follow-up of the strategy and activities that have a direct impact on client's recruitment, retention and development for Giorgio Armani Brand.


Understand the clients, develop client's value proposition with focus on VIC, deploy the
CRM & Marketing and clienteling process and tools, liaising with HQs Departments and Regions.

Support the execution and deployment of the omni-channel approach.


Build internal communications to foster collaboration between the marketing, e-commerce, IT and operational functions as it relates to better understanding both current clients and opportunities to acquire new ones.


This will be accomplished through a robust customer retention program, a strategic view of the
CRM calendar as it relates to the company's customer segments and their shopping patterns, and an ability to translate customer insights into actions for marketing and store and online shopping.


ACTIVITIES

CUSTOMER KNOWLEDGE

  • Analyze market and customer reports
  • Define and execute the customer segmentation of the brand
  • Support and enhance a Company Customer centric culture at WW level
  • Share customer knowledge and Insights through an effective information flow

CRM

  • Develop and implement strategies and targeted actions based on consumer insights, that grow the customer base and drive sales and traffic, leveraging
    CRM and loyalty
  • Oversee
    CRM system (upgrading, data cleansing, integration, etc.) liaising with IT
  • Oversee data mining and reporting, analyze and monitor
    CRM KPIs
  • Improve instore data collection and data quality

CLIENTELING

  • Plan, develop, manage and execute initiatives to help grow business through engaging new clients and increasing loyalty among existingcustomers.
  • Follow up and improve KPIs (recruitment of new client, retention and upgrading od actual clients, frequency of purchases etc.)
  • Deploy a worldwide Clienteling strategy (process/tools/training) by brand at regional level
  • Follow up of Clienteling activities at Regional level and consolidate best practices
  • Deploy the Clienteling tool at WW level and measure results
  • Define and deploy at Worldwide level the value proposition for VIC Clients
  • Define, deploy and train a structured team at Regional level (Stores) dedicated to VIC Clients in order to deliver a proper approach at Store level and among the Stores at WW level in line with the Brand Image
  • Define and follow up KPIs related to VIC actions
CROSSCHANNEL (with E-commerce)

  • Define a Cross channel strategy, execute and followup
  • Develop an integrated "one face to the customer" strategy across all channels and touch points, working with all key departments
  • Support and work collaboratively with E-Commerce and other key departments in order to enhance a consistent and systematic approach at Back-Office level

PROFILE

  • Master's Degree in Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position (HQs based and Retail context)
  • Analytical skills with an ability to clearly translate results into actionable insights
  • Strategic vision, capacity to execute and deliver quick wins and mid/long term goals
  • Good communication skills, ability to work in team, problem solving and proactivity
  • Fluent in English, mastery of another language would be a plus
