Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities.The Sales Rep role is responsible for guaranteeing the promotion of the Client portfolio, the management of the bids and the development of the business in the assigned area.This permanent position, is responsible for achieving sales targets and the implementation of sales strategies in order to attain sales volumes, customer growth, patient growth and customer happiness for the assigned therapies and/or medical products within own geographical area (Puglia).
What you'll be doingEngage with potential clients and build positive relationships to promote and sell Vantive's innovative products and therapiesCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategiesProvide outstanding customer service and support to ensure flawless integration and satisfaction for our clientsConduct market research to determine competitive trends and opportunitiesSuccessfully meet and exceed sales targets and goals
What you'll bringShown experience in sales, preferably in the renal sectorScientific or medical University Degree, according to Italian legal requirements for "Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco"Interest for technical and digital solutionsWork towards sales with an excellent understanding of strategic account developmentGreat understanding of the tender process and pre-tender workStrong eye for business and proactive approachStrong negotiation skills with good knowledge about the health care system and the relevant stakeholders involved in the selling and tender processesAdaptable, solid communication, teamwork and team-building skillsSelling, educating and informing is natural to you and you are easy to build and develop long-term relationshipsIt is an advantage if you are used to remote and digital saleEnglish knowledge
