    HR Business Partner
    Job Description

    HR Business Partner role is working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, engagement, and increase productivity and retention

    This role will also be responsible for the production and maintenance of metrics, data and analysis and supporting employees/departments /managers for using the internal HR applications and tools.

    Responsibilities

  • Acts as a single point of contact for management and team members, for all HR activities and processes;
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, engagement, and increase productivity and retention;
  • Gathers feedback from employees and management team, while providing guidance for all HR areas and proposing relevant solutions to the encountered issues;
  • Prepares recurrent and ad-hoc reports for HR and business management
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR Processes in DWS: Recruitment, Talent development, Compensation and benefits;
  • Offers active support to employees/departments /managers for using the internal HR applications and tools;
  • Promotes HR policies and offers pro-active support to employees to ensure comprehension and compliance;
  • Active participation in development and improvement of HR processes and policies in regards to different HR activities;
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies;
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues;
  • Manages the exit interviews process.
  • Job Requirements

    Requirements

  • At least 6 months of HR experience (Recruiting, Training, HR Admin etc) in Stefanini or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role if external candidate;
  • Previous related experience in an HR role is a plus;
  • Good knowledge of personnel administration procedures, knowledge of Romanian labor legislation, or able to assimilate them in a short period of time;
  • Good understanding of the local market and its resources;
  • English proficiency;
  • Operates with Microsoft Office tools, good knowledge of Excel;
  • Good written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate clearly and precisely, being able to adapt the communication style to individual and being persuasive;
  • Organized person; Able to prioritize work and manage time-based on business needs and being also compliance with legal timelines;
  • Client orientation - able to face internal customers, offer support, show empathy and consideration; very good listening skills;
  • Detailed-oriented person - pays attention to details;
  • Able to deal with time pressure and able to cope with stressful situations.
