The Trainee will support the Head Region in assessment and market activities and will have the opportunity to learn all the sales strategies and performance analyses.

In this role, you will:

Support Regional Top Management in special projects that aim at productivity growth and business development
Support Regional Top Management in numerical analysis, comparing studies between actual and expected performance
Check and analyse the scorecard component (KPIs)

For this role, we're looking for someone with:

Very Strong Analytical skills
Time and process management abilities
Problem solving attitude and proactivity
Knowledge of key business analysis tools (MS Excel)
Proactivity and the ability to step out of the comfort zone
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management or Management Engineering
Fluent knowledge of Italian and English, any other language is a plus
An IT savvy mindset
A team player attitude
An open and "can do" approach
