    Sempre più viaggiatori usano ChatGPT o altri assistenti AI per pianificare le vacanze. Ma quando un utente chiede "Trovami un boutique hotel a Roma", come fa l'AI a sapere chi consigliare?
    La risposta è l'infrastruttura che stiamo costruendo.
    Cosa facciamo in Takyon
    Abbiamo un obiettivo molto chiaro: connettere gli hotel direttamente alle Intelligenze Artificiali, facendo in modo che vengano raccomandati (e prenotati) da loro.
    Stiamo costruendo il livello tecnologico che trasforma i dati, le tariffe e la disponibilità di un hotel in un formato perfettamente comprensibile e interrogabile dai modelli linguistici (LLM). L'obiettivo è bypassare i vecchi intermediari e creare un canale di vendita diretto e nativo per l'era conversazionale.
    La Sfida Tecnica (Perché ci servi)
    Non cerchiamo un "esecutore di task". Cerchiamo un/a Software Engineer (con almeno 2 anni di esperienza) a cui piaccia sporcarsi le mani con l'architettura.
    Come si struttura un database per renderlo facilmente interrogabile da un'AI? Come si costruiscono API a bassissima latenza per fornire disponibilità in tempo reale a un agente virtuale? Come si crea una dashboard React intuitiva per permettere all'albergatore di gestire la sua "AI discoverability"?
    Queste sono le domande a cui risponderai lavorando spalla a spalla con il nostro CTO.
    Cosa farai in concreto
    API & Backend:
    Svilupperai in le API e le logiche di backend che espongono informazioni degli hotel agli ecosistemi AI in modo sicuro e performante.
    Frontend:
    Costruirai le interfacce utente (dashboard B2B, flussi di prenotazione) utilizzando React e TypeScript, garantendo un'ottima UX.
    Architettura:
    Parteciperai alle decisioni tecniche: dalla modellazione dei dati all'integrazione di servizi esterni, fino all'ottimizzazione del codice in produzione.
    Ownership:
    Gestirai feature intere, dal database all'interfaccia utente.
    Lo Stack e le Competenze Richieste
    Almeno 2 anni di esperienza "hands-on" come Full-Stack o Back-end Developer con solide basi di front-end.
    TypeScript come pane quotidiano.
    Esperienza comprovata in
    Ottima conoscenza di React e del suo ecosistema.
    Punti Bonus (Nice to Have)
    Hai già giocato con le API di OpenAI, Anthropic o simili.
    Esperienza con CI/CD, ambienti cloud (AWS, GCP, Vercel) e logica DevOps.
    Cosa Offriamo
    Retribuzione:
    RAL tra 25.000€ e 32.000€, commisurata alla tua reale esperienza tecnica.
    Setup:
    Approccio ibrido (presenza a Milano + smart working da concordare con il CTO). Zero micromanagement. xrdztoy
