For our Drives Division, we are looking for a new
Area Manager - South Italy that will be able to contribute energetically to business development and strategic growth with Clients and Prospects based in central southern Italy (Tyrrhenian area).

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Identify new potential Business sectors, develop new Customers, and consolidate the relationship with the current Customer Portfolio.
Implement and monitoring of the sales activities in the geographic area of Tyrrhenian area (Central Southern Italy).
Define the sales strategies within the achievements of budget, creating the business plan and identifying and managing the sales activities and partnership.
Achievement of the objectives in terms of forecast, margins, and customer satisfaction, following the shared planning of commercial strategies.
Reporting activities and data analysis related to the selling and Market Intellingence.
Using of Danfoss's tools and relationship with the internal stakeholders as Business Developer, marketing and Technical Support, with the select and purpose the most competitive Danfoss Solution.

Background & Skills:

Educational background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent culture.

- +3 years of experience in similar role gained in International middle structured company, operating in Automation Industry.

Strong knowledge related to electric drives and motors. Familiarity with topics such as communication networks, integrated security and motion control.
Strong negotiation and organizational skills with strong goal orientation.
Available for trips nationwide.
Strong knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
