The purpose of Sales Proposal is to support Product Responsible on preparation of commercial offers, technical specification and feasibility studies.


Responsabilità:

Main activities will include, but not limited to: - Prepare pre-qualification documentation;

  • Work with Product Responsible to understand framework agreements and put together bids, ensuring accuracy of information in a timely manner;
  • Ensure all required information is provided prior to commencement of the tender process;
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for tender submissions, liaise with suppliers/production in requesting quotations;
  • Provide feasibility studies;
  • Input quote details and data on D-NEXT/OW and keep system updated;
  • Prepare and produce tender and full proposal documentation on qualified bids ensuring bid compliance;
  • Check all contract documentation and ensure compliance when a bid is successful;
  • In agreement with sales prioritise bids giving the highest return on hours invested;
  • Produce bid support material as required;
  • Introduce efficiencies and new methods of tendering;
  • Liaise with Product Responsible for technical information and competitive pricing;
  • Attend bid clarifications and handover meetings.

Requisiti tecnici:


  • Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of Mechanical equipment,
  • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Inventor.
  • English medium level, both written and spoken.
  • German medium level, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills:


  • Communication skills;
  • Selforganization;
  • Open approach;
  • Professional estimator in tender bid submission.
