We are looking for an
Account Based Marketing Manager, to be hired with a permanent contract in
Milan within Marketing Department of the
Smart Infrastructure area.

Your Challenge


As an
Account Based
Marketing Manager your mission will be to plan and handle marketing campaigns to drive growth across our Business through execution of marketing strategies targeting key customer's needs working with central marketing team and local sales team.


Some of the main activities will be:

  • Support strategy and sales team to
    map and analyze buyer personas, their journey and their needs;:
  • Deliver
    account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies;
  • Develop an added customer value
    proposition in line with a specific target needs and implement
    content strategy and ADV activities (both BTL and ATL) accordingly;

Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns, including strategy and program manager execution;
-
Design and implement
Account Based Marketing campaigns to engage or retain key customers according to their customer life cycle;

  • Develop
    key metrics and KPIs to monitor and measure the performance of the campaigns and ensure continuous improvement;

Iterate and optimize campaigns based on
data and analysis of programs and tactics


To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Proven experience in marketing within the industry
  • Master's Degree in marketing
  • Experience developing, driving and measuring marketing and gotomarket campaigns and programs
  • Demonstrable experience in project management, content strategy development and/or content/digital marketing
  • Experience developing working relationships and influencing at all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Passion to neverstop growing
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
  • Proficiency in English and Italian
  • Eligibility to work in Italy
