Position:

The position is based in Rome.

As part of the Collection Merchandising Team, the Product Manager will work closely with Style, Industrial Departments and Retail Merchandising, to follow the entire product development process and build effective collections.


Main responsibilities

  • Partner with Design Studio, Product Manager and Retail Merchandiser to build the _Collection book_, key tool to present each new collection across departments (inspirations, product details, materials description, products grid by family/animations, macro delivery plan)
  • Support Training department to deliver strong and complete product training
  • Collaborate on structuring competitors & market trends analysis
  • Support to Sample management
  • Assist in the organization of the sales campaigns and production of all supporting materials
  • Support the Team preparing presentations based on product and collection brief
  • Partner with Product Development to create new production description attribute
  • Data extraction and reports with periodic update

Profile:


  • Relevant working experience in a similar role
  • Creative spirit, capability to think "out of the box"
  • Strong project management skills and multitasking approach
  • Critical thinking, positive attitude and strong team spirit
  • Excellent relationship and communication skills
  • Excellent use of Excel and Power Point
  • Fluency in English and Italian
