    PV/BESS Sales Manager Role Summary:


    This position is focused on driving overseas regional sales strategies, with a key emphasis on developing new markets and cultivating strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to leverage their expertise in PV and BESS product knowledge to drive growth and expansion into new territories.



    Key Responsibilities


    Overseas Regional Sales Strategies


    • To develop, implement, and adjust overseas regional sales strategies and annual/quarterly target breakdown plans.
    • To supervise the implementation of these plans and ensure target achievement.


    Customer Relationship Management


    • To meet overseas sales performance (sales volume, collection rate, etc.) targets while analyzing target markets.
    • To establish and update customer files for key customers.
    • To maintain effective relationships with key customers through cross-cultural negotiation skills.


    Sales Process Control
