- Oversee the territory and the points of sale in the area of competence and develop sales through sellout levers: assortment, distribution, product visibility and promotion
- Provide product training to store staff
- Monitor sales and store's stock levels to ensure the right assortment
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
- Collect feedback and insights to understand customer preferences and latest market trends
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand image
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback focusing on key areas to change market-shares
- Participate in industry events, fairs and conferences to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Scientific or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the same industry
- Sellin experience would be considered a plus
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing techniques
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Ability to travel as needed
