Job Summary

We are seeking for Configuration Manager who will involved in all activities concerning configuration and control for development and manufacturing phases.

You will be responsible of all activities related to the configuration management:

Planning
Identification
Control
Status accounting
Verification and audit.

You will also drive implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) project including requirements definition, configuration, validation and deployment and ongoing support to other CNS departments.

You will be responsible for the identification of manufacturing needs related to MES. The position will work collaboratively with manufacturing, engineering, and IT.

Responsibilities and Duties

Creates and maintains configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.).
Maintain product structures in PLM and change management tools.
Conducts Audits (Configuration Status Account) on Bill of Materials (BOMs), Drawings and all other Technical and Manufacturing documents for formal release.
Support for Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs).
Produces CM Metrics and reports based.
Provide support for reviews and analyses released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, product engineering, quality, program management and manufacturing
Coordinate and support Production MES implementation, improve quality and yield, reduction in manual data collection and analysis activities
Provide MES execution/implementation leadership and mentor to production personnel.
Support the introduction of new product lines into MES.
Support the shop floor in MES related issues
Overseeing and leading the change process.

Qualifications and Skills

Required Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge of processes applicable to configuration management according to international standards (EIA 649C or equivalent)
Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
English Language (written and spoken): B2 or greater.
Work passion and smart learning attitude.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
